MMMmmm warm and creamy Apple Ciinnamon Bread Pudding
- 400g loaf of cinnamon & raisin swirl bread, crusts trimmed
- 3 egg yolks + 1 egg
- 500 ml half & half cream
- 1 orange, zested
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp butter or margarine, melted
