- 1 cup softened butter

- 1/2 cup Molasses

- 2 7oz packages frozen shelled shrimp, partially thawed
- 1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced

- 2 cups light cream
- 3 Tbsp Cooking Sherry
- 1/4 cup each parmesan and 4 cheese
- Chopped parsley
