Easy Stuffed Bell Peppers

Awesome stuffed bell peppers, loved by all
- 4 green, red, or yellow bell peppers (look for flat bottom)
- 1 lb ground beef (low fat, 90% if possible)
- 1 onion, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs (crumbled bread, crackers, etc)
- 2 eggs
- 16 oz tomato sauce
- seasoning salt
- sprinkle of salt/pepper (don't forget to throw over your shoulder)

- 1 Tbsp. Oil
- 1 Medium Onion, chopped
- 1 stalk celery
- Fresh green and/or red peppers, chopped

- 1 can mushrooms (or better yet... use fresh)
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 cup cottage cheese (I use whole container).

- 2 tsp. oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 pkg. “oven ready” (type) Lasagna noodles
- Sliced mozzarella cheese, or just slice the brick cheese (actually better).

- Channa - 3/4 cup (Soaked over night or atleast 8 hours)
