This flavorful and easy taco soup is 100% Paleo
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 1 4 ounce can of fire roasted green chilles
- 4 diced medium tomatoes
- 1 cup salsa

- Ingredients:
- 1 bag Cavendish hashbrowns
- Small or large pack of ground beef, depending on how much meat you want
- 1 box of perogies, your choice in flavour
- 1-2 cans of pasta sauce, depending on how much you want,
- 2 med. onions diced (optional)
- 1/2 block shredded cheese, I use marble
- 1 Package of Stove top stuffing
- Bacon bits
- Any other seasonings or veggies you'd add to your meat mixture
