- For the dough you will need:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour, packed
- 1/2 Tbs. of Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon canola oil
- 1 Tbs. of dry yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 1/3 Luke warm water
- For the meat mixture:
- 1/2 tsp. oil
- 1/2 onion, finely minced
- 1 shredded carrot
- 1/2 lb of lean ground Angus meat
- Salt to taste
- 1 Tbs. ground black pepper
- Cream cheese for spread/room temp.

- 2 Tbs. Olive oil + 1 for coating
- 2 Rosemary Springs

Red Velvet Cake Roll
- 3 eggs, room temp.
- 1/3 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 Tbs. Oil
- 2 Tbs. Buttermilk
- 1 tsp. Apple vinegar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1-3 Tbs. Red food coloring
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Baking powder
- 1 Tbs. Cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 1 cup cake flour, sifted
- Filling:
- Strawberry Jam for spreading (about 3 Tbs.)
- Cream cheese frosting:
- 1 Cup (8 oz) Cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbs. Heavy Whipped Cream
- 1 Tbs. butter, softened
- 1/4 cups Confectioner’s Sugar
- 1 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
- Additional confectioners' sugar, for dusting cake

- 1/2 tsp. Oil
- 5 ounces semisweet chocolate, melted (with 1-2 tsp. milk)
- 1 Tbs. Butter, unsalted
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 cup water
- 3/4 cup cake flour, sifted (substitute for All purpose flour)
- 2 Tbs. Cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- Filling:
- 1-2 Tbs. Strawberry Jam
- 6oz (170g) Chocolate
- 1-2 tsp. Milk or Heavy Whipped Cream

Apple Pie with Cranberry and Pomegranate Sauce
- Pie Crust:
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbs. white sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter, chilled
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) ice water
- Apple Filling:
- 5 Large apples, peeled, cored, and sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbs. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 Tbs. cornstarch
- 1/2 cup chopped Pecans/or Walnuts
- Sauce:
- 2 cup fresh Cranberries
- 1 cup Pomegranate(or seeds from 1 large)
- 2 Tbs. Sugar
- 1 cup water

- Dough Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour-reserve few spoons for rolling
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- ½ tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 6 Tbsp ice water, more if needed
- Filling:
- 3 Plums
- 3 apples
- Juice from ½ Lemon
- 1½ Tbs. Sugar, for apples and plums
- ½ tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 Large Beet Root + ½ tsp. Sugar
- 3 Tbs. Apple Sauce
- Topping:
- ½ Cup Plain Bread Crumbs
- 2 Tbs. Unsalted Butter
- 1 Tbs. Sugar
