- For a couple weeks, save those few bites of leftovers in a container in the freezer. Try to keep like-dishes together. IE: sloppy joes, chili, spaghetti sauce, taco meat all in one dish, etc.
Ultimate White Chicken Chili

Creamy, white chili with chicken and northern beans
- 1 fully cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1 1/2 Med. onion, diced
- 3t garlic powder
- 2 T. olive oil
- 2 cans great northern beans
- 1 can cannelini beans
- 2 C. water
- 2 C. milk
- 5 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 t. salt
- 2 t. pepper
- 1 t. cayenne pepper
- 2 1/2 C. sour cream
- 2 (9 oz.) cans green chilies
- 1 1/2 C. monteray jack cheese
Apple Cup Crisp

- 6 whole apples, cored
- 3/4 C. brown sugar
- 1/2 C. flour
- 1/2 C. quick oats
- 1/3 C. butter, softened
- 3/4 t. cinnamon

- 2 cans crescent rolls or roll out dough
- 1 jar Ragu cheese sauce
- 1 pound mince beef/chicken
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/3 C. water
- Toppings:
- 1 head iceburg lettuce, shredded
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- jalapeno slices
- sour cream
- salsa
- 1 bag shredded cheese, your choice

Hot, homemade, fill your house with the best scent ever and invite everyone over apple cider
- 8-10 apples (I use a mixture of gala, cortland, and jonathan)
- 3/4 C. sugar
- 4 T. cinnamon (or 4 sticks)
- 4 T. allspice
- 2 T. brown sugar
- 1/2 t. nutmeg
- 1 clove
Shepherd's Pie

- Mince lamb (you can also use mince beef, but note that that is cottage pie, not shepherd's pie.)
- 1/2 small onion, diced
- 1 packet brown gravy
- rosemary (to taste)
- thyme (to taste)
- 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables of your choosing
- 8 medium- large potatoes of your choosing
- 3 T. wet mustard
- water
- 1/4 C. milk
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
- 1/3 stick butter
