- Compound Butter:
- 1¾ sticks unsalted butter
- ¼ tsp Kosher salt
- 2 Tbs Rodelle Asian Sriracha Seasoning Blend
- *make extra if you want to spread on finished biscuits
- Biscuits:
- 4 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1½ tablespoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 ¾ sticks very cold compound butter (above), cubed and kept chilled
- 1½ cups cold buttermilk
- toppings: honey, butter, jam, eggs, cheese, bacon, spinach.

- Creamy Sun Dried Tomato Sauce
- ½ cup raw cashews, soaked overnight
- 3 whole peeled San Marzano tomatoes (canned)
- 3 small sun dried tomatoes packed in oil
- ½ lemon, juiced (about 1 Tb)
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- 1 Tb water (+/- to thin sauce)

- 4 small/medium zucchini, spiralized or julienned

- Peanut Sauce:
- ½ cup hot water
- ½ cup unseasoned rice vinegar
- 4-5 Tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 tsp sriracha pepper sauce
- ¾ cup creamy natural peanut butter
- ½ tsp kosher salt or soy sauce
- Stuffed Sweet Potatoes
- 4 medium sweet potatoes, baked
- 1 15oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 recipe peanut sauce, above
- ¼ cup crushed roasted peanuts
- ¼ cup roughly chopped banana chips (optional)
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, sliced into wedges

- 2 poblano peppers, roasted, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup (dry) jasmine white rice or brown rice, cooked
- ¼ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- pinch of salt
- 1 can black beans, rinsed
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped into bite sized pieces
