Chicken Wings - Coca Cola Sauce

Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp canola oil
- 2 Tbsp dry sherry or Chinese rice wine
- 3/4 cup Coca-Cola (not diet)
- 2 scallions, chopped
- Black pepper and salt to taste

Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup distilled white vnegar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ground allspice

- Crust:
- 1 1/3 cup flour
- 3 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1 egg, beaten
- Lemon Custard:
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 5 1/2 Tbsp corn starch
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 cups milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 Tbsp butter or margarine
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 2 tsp grated lemon rind
- Meringue:
- 3 egg whites
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar

In a mixer bowl, cream together sugar and butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel (or 1/2 tsp lemon juice)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Cinnamon Sugar:
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon

- 3/4 cup yogurt
- 1/2 Tbsp ginger paste
- 1/2 tsp garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp tumeric powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp oil
- Salt to taste

- 4 boneless chicken breasts, cut in half
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 3 Tbsp chopped chives or green onion
- 1/2 lime or lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
Egg Tagliatelle Carbonara with Peas and Spring Onions

Simmer peas in salted water for 5 minutes; drain and reserve
- 1 cup freshly shelled peas
- Salt
- 1 pound egg tagliatelle
- 3 Tbsp EVOO
- 1/3 pound uncurred bacon, chopped or sliced

- 1/2 cup grated Grana Padano or Parmigiano-Reggiano
