- 2 cups water
- 4 tablespoons salt
- 1 tablespoons cumin
- 1 tablespoon chipotle powder
- 1 onion, chopped
- 5 garlic cloves, chopped
- 3 tablespoons cilantro stems, chopped
- Grapefruit Glaze
- 3/4 cup 100% Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
- 3 tablespoons gourmet pepper jelly
- ½ bunch cilantro leaves, chopped
