Preheat oven to 425°F. Sauté onions in butter until soft
- 1 9" unbaked pie shell from frozen puff pastry
- 2 tsp. butter
- 1 large onion - chopped
- 12 slices of bacon - chopped
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups whipping cream
- ½ tsp. salt
- pinch nutmeg
- pinch pepper
- pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 cup swiss cheese - grated
Split Pea Soup

By impulsing
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker
- 2 cups dried split green peas
- 1 tbsp. chicken bouillon powder
- 5 cups water
- 1 cup ham - diced
- 1 med carrot - diced
- ½ cup celery - diced
- 1 cup onion - finely chopped
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- ¼ tsp. ground thyme
No Cream Creamy Broccoli Soup

Cook and stir carrots, onion and celery in hot oil in large pot on medium-high heat for 3 minutes
- 2 med. carrots - peeled & chopped
- 1 med. onion - chopped
- 2 celery stalks - chopped
- 3 tbsp. oil
- 2 cans (10 oz.) chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 4 ½ cups (2 small spears) fresh broccoli - trimmed cut into 3" lengths
- ½ cup Minute Rice - uncooked
- 2 cups milk
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
Tater Tot Chili Casserole

Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook onions with oil till soft, stir in chilli and corn, bring to simmer

- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 3 cans chili
- 2 cans corn - drained
- 2 cups mexican style shredded cheese blend
- 3 cups frozen tater tots
Carrot Cake

- 1 ½ cup walnuts - chopped

Beat cream cheese, milk and vanilla in large bowl on low speed until smooth
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese - softened
- 1 tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 cups powdered sugar
Ultimate Caesar Salad Dressing

- 3 inch tube anchovy paste
- 3 cloves of garlic - minced
- 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 8 drops tabasco
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 tbsp. heaping mayo
- ½ cup olive oil
- 20 twists pepper
- ½ tsp. dry mustard
Peanut Chicken

Mix ingredients together and marinate meat in mixture for half an hour
- 3 chicken breasts - cubed
- 1 cup peanut sauce
- 3 clove garlic - minced
- 1 chunk of ginger - minced

Heat oil in skillet, remove casing from sausage and add to pan
