- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 tub (475 g) extra-smooth ricotta cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch pepper
- 3 cups (750 mL) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup (250 mL) grated Parmesan cheese
- Tomato Meat Sauce:
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) olive oil
- 2 onions, diced1 rib celery, diced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-1/2 lb (680 g) lean ground beef
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) tomato paste
- 2 cans (28 oz/796 mL each) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup (250 mL) red wine or white wine
- 2 bay leaves1 tsp (5 mL) dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) pepper
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) chopped fresh basil

In a medium saucepan, over medium heat, melt the butter and the 12 ounces of semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup butter
- 12 ounce bag semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/4 cups light brown sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces semisweet baking chocolate, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 16 large marshmallows, cut in half

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 1/3 pound ground beef
- Pepper and salt
- 24 wonton wrappers
- 1 3/4 cups grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 3/4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups Muir Glen pasta sauce
- garnish basil (optional)
Ranch-Parmesan Chicken

Set oven to 400° degrees (set oven rack to lowest position)
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup dry breadcrumbs (even better, use panko breadcrumbs)
- 1/4-1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1/2-1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2-1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup prepared ranch salad dressing (use bottled salad dressing, you might need a bit more dressing)
- 1/4 cup melted butter (no substitutes)

Place the oyster sauce, Shaoxing or sherry, soy sauce, cornstarch, and salt in a medium bowl and whisk to combine
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce (or peanut sauce)
- 2 tablespoons Shaoxing wine or dry sherry
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thighs, or a mixture of both, cut crosswise into 1/4-inch-thick pieces
- 1 medium red bell pepper
- 8 ounces snow peas
- 2 medium garlic cloves
- 2 medium scallions
- 1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons vegetable oil

- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs. beaten
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ¼ cup flour
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla salt (you can use regular salt for this)

First, combine warm water, sugar and instant dried yeast in a small bowl

- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 tsp dried yeast (1 package)
- 1 cup warm water
- Topping:
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 tbs baking soda
- 2 tbs unsalted butter, melted
- salt for sprinkling
- Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce:
- 3 tbs light mayonnaise
- 2 tbs grainy mustard
- 1 tbs Dijon mustard
- 3 1/2 tbs honey

In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 bay leaves
- Dash of crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 (28 oz) cans diced tomatoes
- 1 (32 oz) container vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 (9 oz) packages fresh or frozen cheese tortellini (we use Buitoni)
- Grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil, for garnish, optional
