Mom's "Red Lobster" Biscuits

Combine biscuit mix and 4 tablespoons butter in a bowl; mix with fork just until crumbly
- 2 1/2 c biscuit baking mix
- 6T chilled butter, divided
- 3/4 c milk
- 1 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 1T garlic powder, divided
- 1/8 t salt
Strawberry Chocolate Chip Cookies

- 1 box strawberry cake mix
- halfway between 1/3 and 1/2 cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 c chocolate chips
