Preheat oven to 350. Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl
- 3 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate Banana Overnight Oats!

Combine oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, cocoa powder, mashed banana, and optional peanut butter in a bowl
- 1/3 c rolled oats (NOT instant or quick oats!)
- 2/3 c soy milk (or milk of choice)
- 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds*
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 banana, mashed (slice the other half in the morning as topping)
- spoonful of peanut butter**

Preheat oven to 450. Coat avocado slices in the four, then egg, then panko
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 1/4 cups panko (Japanese bread crumbs)
- 2 firm-ripe medium avocados, pitted, peeled, and sliced into 1/2-in. wedges
- Grated parmesan for serving (optional)

In a shallow bowl or plate combine the flour and Essence and stir to combine thoroughly
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Essence, recipe follows
- 2 (6 to 8-ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in halves and pounded thin
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 cups sliced mushrooms (cremini, oyster, shiitake)
- 3/4 cup Marsala
- 1 cup chicken stock
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Chopped chives, for garnish

Soak the rice noodles in hot water for about 30 minutes
- 10 oz dried flat Thai rice noodles - similar to Italian linguini, but made of rice
- 1 onion- sliced
- 2 fresh eggs
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 cup fresh bean sprouts
- ¼ cup ground or chopped peanuts (unsalted)
- 3 spring onions - finely sliced
- 1 cup fresh basil - roughly chopped
- 3 Tablespoons
- Sauce:
- 2 Tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 Tablespoons lime juice
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoon lite soy sauce
- 1 teaspoons Sriracha
- Splash of water

For the chicken: Pound our chicken breast into 1/4 inch thickness, then season with salt and pepper
- 2 chicken breast, pounded into 1/4 inch thickness
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped, fresh spinach

- 3 tbs olive oil
- 3 large tomatoes (diced)
- 1/4 cup fresh basil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/3 pound whole wheat spaghetti

Using a long, thin kinfe, cut into the center of your chicken breast
- 1 package boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 slices of swiss cheese
- 3 slices of ham, sliced into strips
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1-2 tbs dijon mustard (to taste)
- pinch crushed red pepper
- 1 tsp chopped parsley

- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp + 1 tsp Splenda brown sugar blend (divided)
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 tbsp milled flax seed
