Cherry Cheesecake Ice Cream no machine needed

Another great summer dish
- Ingredients:
- 1 (8 oz.) block cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick), softened to room temperature
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (8 oz.) tub whipped topping, thawed
- 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
- 1 1/2 cups graham crackers, roughly chopped

- Directions:
- In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, combine cream cheese and butter until smooth.
- Stir in sweetened condensed milk until combined.
- Then stir in whipped topping.
- When it comes to crushing the graham crackers, don't pound them to smithereens.
- You want some chunky graham cracker bits in there.
- Gently stir in cherry pie filling and graham crackers.
- You just want to very lightly stir it together because you want swirly bits of the cherry
- filling and graham crackers. Not a totally homogeneous mixture.
- Pour mixture into a large loaf pan.
- My standard loaf pan was too small for this but the larger (2 lb.) loaf pan worked great.
- Cover very tightly with plastic wrap.
- Then put into the freezer to set up (about 6 hours).
- Then serve.
- If your freezer tends to turn ice cream into hard blocks (like mine), then just sit it out on the counter for a few minutes and it won't take long to soften and make it easier to scoop. Great with other Fruits also
Baked Spaghetti

Fry hamburger drain Mix in sauce and then layer with noodles
- I lb ground beef
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- salt
- 1 24-ounce jar marinara sauce
- 1/2 box Spaghetti
- 26 pepperoni slices
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
Super Easy Italian Chicken

Cut up chicken add dressing bake one hour at 350 degrees
- 8 chicken breast
- 1 bottle of Italian dressing
Shrimp Po boy

Combine sauce ingredients in a mixing bowl until smooth and set aside
- For the Creamy Cajun Sauce:
- 1 c. Best Foods (or Hellmann's) Mayonnaise
- 2/3 c. ketchup
- 3-4 Tbsp. horseradish sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp. to 1 Tbsp. Creole seasoning (depending on how spicy you like it)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- For the shrimp:
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Lb. medium to large shrimp (uncooked, peeled and deveined)
- Creole seasoning, to taste (see our favorite above)
- 4 hoagie rolls (Bratwurst buns work great too)
- shredded cabbage, lettuce, or spinach - to taste

Fried bologna sandwich

Fry bologna until a nice crisp forms Place on toast add cheese and ketchup and mustard
- 2 slices of Oscar Mayer bologna
- 1 slice cheese
- 2 slices of toasted bread
- Ketchup
- Mustard
Chicken tenders

3 Heat enough oil in a deep pan or deep fryer - I use my wok; to cover chicken once placed in oil
- Best darn chicken tenders
- 3 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into even slices - about 5 per breast
- onion powder - for seasoning chicken
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 c milk
- 1/4 c flour
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 c flour
- 1 Tbsp tony chacheres creole seasoning or cajun seasoning - more for seasoning chicken
- 1/2 - 1 Tbsp garlic powder - more for seasoning chicken
- 1 Tbsp salt - or can use less if preferred
- oil for frying chicken
- 1 Prepare chicken - slice into even pieces, as similar in size as you can get. Liberally season with garlic, onion and creole seasoning. One side and toss together.
- 2 Get out two bowls - In one add flour, 1 tablespoon creole seasoning, salt, and garlic powder. Whisk together.
- In the second bowl - add eggs, 1/4 cup flour, 1/4 cup milk and 1 tablespoon oil. Whisk until smooth.
Bacon chocolate chip cookies

Delish
- BACON
- 1 pkg bacon (thick slices)
- 1/2 c brown sugar, lightly packed
- COOKIE DOUGH
- 2 1/4 c all purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp each: baking powder and baking soda
- 4 Tbsp bacon drippings (that have cooled and become solid)
- 4 Tbsp margarine (softened)
- 1 stick buter, softened
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 c brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 c pecans (chopped coarsely)
- 3 c dark bittersweet chocolate chips
Easy Cheesecake

1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 2 can(s) pillsbury crescent rolls
- 2 pkg (16 oz total) cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 stick butter (1/2 cup real butter not margarine)
Punch

In a large punch bowl combine all the juices
- 2 small cans frozen lemonade
- 2 small cans frozen orange juice
- 1 quart apple juice
- 2 quarts ginger ale
- 1 pint lemon or orange sherbet
Chicken liver

I like to put my liver in a strainer and let water run over them for about 5 mins to wash some of the blood out
- 1-2 buckets of liver
- 1 cup flour depending on. How many livers you may need more
- 1tsp of onion powder or onion salt
- A pinch of salt and pepper
