- 1 large box of peeled tomatoes
- cheddar cheese
- gruyere
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare your pastry without forgetting to prick the dough with a fork.
Step 2
Line the dough with a thin layer of mustard.
Step 3
Line with cheddar

Then add the tomatoes (already drained and pressed to remove as much liquid as possible)

Cover with gruyere
Step 6
Add salt and pepper to your liking.

Preheat your oven 10 minutes.

Bake for 30 minutes.

METHOD

- Slice baguette down the middle (like a sandwich)
- Layer cheddar, blue, and mozarella cheese inside the bread
- Top with sun-dried tomatoes
- Close baguette and wrap with bacon strips
- Put in oven and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees
