  • * 6 eggs
  • * 4 1/4 milk
  • * Scant 1 cup oil
  • * 2 teaspoon salt

  • * ½ cup of vinegar to the broth
  • * 30 shrimp or crayfish
  • * 8 oz (about 2 1/2 cups) mushrooms
  • * cognac
  • * 1 egg
  • * Cream
  • * 1 onion
  • * 7 tbs butter
  • * Butter for the baking dish

Preparation

Step 1

Pour flour in a bowl, add 2 teaspoon salt and six eggs. Dissolve slowly adding warm milk. Fill with oil to get about 4 cups of mixture. The dough is ready to be poured into the pan.
