Tartiflette Quiche

Ingredients
- pastry crust
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 stick of butter
- 3 1/3 tbsp water
- 1 egg yolk
- salt
- 1 1/4 heavy cream
- 2 eggs
- Pepper
- 1 lb potatoes
- 1 large onion
- 8 oz bacon
- Reblochon
- Beaufort
- White wine (2-4 tbsp)

Preparation
Step 1
DO AHEAD - Steam potatoes (peeled or unpeeled), Let cool and slice into rounds
Pie crust - In a bowl, add flour. In the center, put water, yolk and butter in pieces.

Step 2
Prepare the bacon filling
- in a pan, put the bacon (without oil). Fry. Add the chopped onion. Brown. - Deglaze with a little white wine. Reduce.
- Preheat oven to 350 ° F
- Roll out pie crust and put in a buttered pie dish
Assemble
- Add the potatoes cut into rounds
- Pour egg filling, then bacon filling
- Top with pieces of Reblochon cheese and Beaufort.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

- 1 baguette
- Sun-dried tomatoes
- Bacon
METHOD
- Cut your cheeses into thin slices
- Slice baguette down the middle (like a sandwich)
- Layer cheddar, blue, and mozarella cheese inside the bread
- Top with sun-dried tomatoes
- Close baguette and wrap with bacon strips
- Put in oven and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees
- Slice and serve!
