- 1 package of large white corn tortilla chips
- Some cherry tomatoes
- basil
- tapenade:
- 2 oz pitted black olives
- 2 oz anchovy fillets (desalted)
- 2 oz capers
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Mix the olives, anchovy fillets, capers and garlic. Gradually adding olive oil and lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Spread the tortillas with a little tapenade. Add half a cherry tomato and a basil leaf. Cool and refrigerate before serving.

- 1 baguette
- Sun-dried tomatoes
- Bacon
METHOD
- Cut your cheeses into thin slices
- Slice baguette down the middle (like a sandwich)
- Layer cheddar, blue, and mozarella cheese inside the bread
- Top with sun-dried tomatoes
- Close baguette and wrap with bacon strips
- Put in oven and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees
- Slice and serve!
