Ingredients
- 1 gallon of water
- 2 1/4 lbs of dandelion flowers
- 3 3/4 pounds of sugar
- 3 untreated oranges
- 3 lemons untreated
- 16 oz raisins

Preparation
Step 1
Boil water, dip the flowers, taken off heat before reboiling. Steep for 24 hours, then drain.
Step 2
In the juice, put the sliced fruit, raisins and sugar. Stir daily for 3 weeks. Always keep at room temperature.
Step 3
Filter through a cloth several times until the juices run clear.
Step 4
Store at room temperature in standing bottles. Wait three months before consuming.
