  • 5 cups vegetable or chicken broth
  • 1 bunch celery (chopped)
  • 3 carrots (chopped)
  • 2 medium potatoes (sliced as thin as possible)
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 TBS fresh thyme
  • 1 1/2 TBS Bourbon Smoked Paprika
  • Bourbon Smoked Salt
  • Bourbon Smoked Pepper
  • Bourbon Barrel Foods' Worcestershire

Preparation

Step 1

Boil lamb cubes in a large pot for 8-10 minutes. Strain water and set lamb aside. Pour broth into the same pot and add vegetables, spices, and worcestershire. Boil for 15 minutes. Add lamb cubes back into the pot and simmer for an hour.
