Ingredients

  • 3 LB Hamburger
  • 1 Lb Sausage (or skip sausage and just do another LB of Hamburger)
  • 1 Large Onion Chopped
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Cups Bread Crumbs
  • 2 TBSP Parsley
  • 2 TBSP Oregano
  • 2 TBSP Salt
  • 2 TBS Pepper
  • 2 TBSP Garlic Powder
  • 2 TBSP Onion Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/8 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 Envelope Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix
  • 1 Envelope Onion Soup Mix
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • Kethup

Preparation

Step 1

Combine All ingredients and mix well.

Step 2

For Meatloaf: Place in a pan and mold into a loaf, cover bottom of pan with water, spread Ketchup over top and cover with foil and bake for 1.25 hrs. At 375 degrees.

Step 3

For Meatballs: Form into balls and fry on the stove with a thin layer of oil, making sure to turn a few times.

This is for a large family or a family that eats a lot. You can always cut the recipe in half or you can freeze the leftovers.
