Ahh, the classic! And so easy to make. Prepare the cream by combining egg yolks, sugar, mascarpone and whipped egg whites (beaten into soft peaks). In your serving dish, alternate layers of ladyfingers soaked in strong coffee and the mascarpone cream mixture. Sift cocoa powder on top to finish.
