  • crushed Ritz crackers
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • butter

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Melt butter and toss chicken bites in butter until coated.

Step 2

Toss buttered chicken in cracker with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Put chicken on cookie sheet and bake 10 to 12 minutes, until golden brown.

  • 2 chicken breasts

METHOD:

  1. Put shredded chicken breast, tomato sauce, chives, and mexican spice mix in a bowl and mix together.
  2. Lay out the tortillas. Place a slice of cheddar in the center, and cover with the chicken mix.
  3. Fold up tortillas, and heat in a frying pan until golden.
  4. Enjoy!
