- 1 gallon of milk
- 3 1/2 tsp citric acid
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 tsp soda
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 TB cheese powder
- 1/3 c. milk

Preparation
Step 1
Heat gallon of milk to 140 degrees. Turn off heat. Add Citric acid that has been stirred into the water. Stir Milk and citric acid solution together until curds seperate from the whey. Drain 10 minutes in a colander lined with cheesecloth.
Step 2
Put curds in kettle and add soda, butter, salt, cheese powder and 1/3 c.milk, heat until curds dissolve then refrigerate.

- 1 baguette
- Sun-dried tomatoes

METHOD
- Cut your cheeses into thin slices
- Slice baguette down the middle (like a sandwich)
- Layer cheddar, blue, and mozarella cheese inside the bread
- Top with sun-dried tomatoes
- Close baguette and wrap with bacon strips
- Put in oven and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees
- Slice and serve!
