- 3/4 c honey
- 1/3 c lemon juice
- 1/4 c water
- 3/4 c ketchup
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 8 chicken pieces

Step 1
combine all ingredients, except chicken. Using 1 cup sauce mixture to marinate chicken for at least 4 hours or over night. Arrange chicken on rack of shallow roasting pan. bake at 375 F for about 1 hour or until tender, turn and brush with marinate occasionally. Simmer reserved sauce mixture uncovered for 10 to 15 min or until thickened, served with Chicken.
