Ingredients
- 4 c cut up turkey
- 6 tbs butter
- 1 1/2 c cut up celery
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 to 1 c crumbs
- 6 tbs flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 c water
- 1/2 to 1 c grated sugar

Step 1
Saute celery and onion in butter, well soaked but not brown at all. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Stir in milk until thick. Add chicken and soup. Pour into large casserole or 2 medium sized ones. Sprinkle evely cheese and crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve over fluffy rice.
