- Take 4 cups of Basmati rice
- 1 cup yogurt
- 4 chicken breast
- 4-5 green chili
- 4 shakes chili powder
- bunch of cilantro minced
- 1/2 salt
- 1-2 T GHEE OR BUTTER
- VINDALOO PASTE

Step 1
TAKE OUT A QUART SAUCE PAN AND ADD 4 CUPS OF RICE WITH6 CUPS OF WATER. ADD GREEN CHILI AND SHAKES OF CHILI POWDER. In another pan sauté the boneless chicken until it is brown and then add chicken to the rice and ingredients. Next take butter and yogurt and stir into the done rice. Make sure the rice is done completely. Put lid and let it simmer. Add vindaloo paste and cilantro and serve

These quick and easy chicken quesadillas are the perfect, last-minute family dinner!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup of chives, chopped
- 1 tsp. of Mexican spice mix
- 4 Tortillas
- Cheddar
- Salt, to taste
METHOD:
- Put shredded chicken breast, tomato sauce, chives, and mexican spice mix in a bowl and mix together.
- Lay out the tortillas. Place a slice of cheddar in the center, and cover with the chicken mix.
- Fold up tortillas, and heat in a frying pan until golden.
