  • 3 Egg yolks
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 3 tbsp Flour
  • 1 Piece Butter
  • Coconut
  • 1 Cup milk
  • 1 Cup boiling water

Preparation

Step 1

Bake pie crust

Step 2

Mix sugar, salt and flour together

Step 3

Mix egg yolks, vanilla, coconut, milk, butter and water

Step 4

Cook until thick stirring constantly

Step 5

Pour in pie shell

Step 6

Beat egg whites and 2 tbsp sugar

Step 7

Put on top and sprinkle with coconut

Step 8

Bake until lightly brown
