Preparation
Step 1
Begin by boiling a pot of water to cook the noodles. They take 10 minutes to cook in a large pot. Once cooked, strain and coat in olive oil. let sit.
Step 2
Put the butter into a sauce pan and when hit, add the garlic
Step 3
Cook until garlic becomes cooked, then add shrimp, dijon and white wine. Cover and let liquid evaporate.
Step 4
Remove the cover and throw in dijon mustard, noodles and parsley. Remove from heat and plate, serve immediately
