  • 2 lbs. Broccoli florets
  • 1 can Mushroom soup
  • ½ C. mayonnaise
  • ½ C. Cheese grated
  • 1 C. Cheese crackers crushed

Preparation

Step 1

Cook broccoli (if fresh, bring 1” water to boiling and simmer 10 minutes)

Step 2

Put broccoli into greased 2 quart baking dish

Step 3

Combine soup, mayonnaise and cheese

Step 4

Pour over broccoli

Step 5

Sprinkle with crackers

Step 6

Bake un-covered at 350° for 30 minutes
