Ingredients
- 2 finely chopped onions
- 2 chopped large carrots
- 3 coarsely chopped celery sticks
- 3 cubed potatoes
- 4 chunked baby zucchini
- 1/2 packet of chopped green beans
- 4 chopped spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 chicken stock cubes
- 1 tin whole peeled tomatoes
- 1 tin crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup tomato paste
- 1/2 butternut mashed
- 3 litres boiling water
- Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
