- peaches
- lavender
- sugar
- pectin
- lemon juice
- mason jars with lids

Preparation
Step 1
Wash, peel, and chop your peaches. Add to a large pot, mash as best you can.
Step 2
Add sugar. Use either a 1:1 ratio, or 1 half cup sugar to 1 cup fruit. Add a splash of lemon juice.
Step 3
Grind up 3 or 4 tablespoons of lavender, and boil in one half cup of water. Strain and add to mashed peach and sugar mixture.
Step 4
Add pectin. Skim off foam, pour into mason jars.
