Ingredients
- boneless chicken cutlets cut in small bite size pieces i use i long pkg of skinless chic about 8 cutlets
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 8 tbl ketchup
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 2 tbl soy sauce
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- pineapple chunks or tidbits if you can find them
- pea pods i find them either frozen sec or produce area
- flour
- eggs

Step 1
bread chic in flour first and then in egg fry in oil until browned on all sides
put in baking pan
for sauce add rest of ingred in bowl and wisk till smooth add pineapple and pea pods last then pour over chic
bake 425 15 mins turn chic then bake another 15 mins

These quick and easy chicken quesadillas are the perfect, last-minute family dinner!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup of chives, chopped
- 1 tsp. of Mexican spice mix
- 4 Tortillas
- Cheddar
- Salt, to taste
METHOD:
- Put shredded chicken breast, tomato sauce, chives, and mexican spice mix in a bowl and mix together.
- Lay out the tortillas. Place a slice of cheddar in the center, and cover with the chicken mix.
- Fold up tortillas, and heat in a frying pan until golden.
