Place paprika in a large resealable plastic bag
- 2 Tbsp paprika
- 2 1/2 boneless pork loin roast, cut into 1 inch strips
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1 (20 oz) pineapple chunks
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 6 cups hot cooked rice
