Ingredients
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can Campbell’s Cream of chicken or mushroom soup
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 stalk of celery, chopped (optional)
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Cut chicken into strips.
Step 2
Boil strips in about ¾ cup water, until tender. Add the chopped onion and celery early on in boiling stage.
Step 3
Once chicken pieces are tender, remove from pan and shred apart with a fork. Put shredded chicken back into pot.
Step 4
Add can of soup and continue to boil until some of the liquid is gone. Add a bit of cornstarch to thicken.
Step 5
Serve on and over your choice of bun.

These quick and easy chicken quesadillas are the perfect, last-minute family dinner!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup of chives, chopped
- 1 tsp. of Mexican spice mix
- 4 Tortillas
- Cheddar
- Salt, to taste
METHOD:
- Put shredded chicken breast, tomato sauce, chives, and mexican spice mix in a bowl and mix together.
- Lay out the tortillas. Place a slice of cheddar in the center, and cover with the chicken mix.
- Fold up tortillas, and heat in a frying pan until golden.
- Enjoy!
