Ingredients

  • 1/2 can Cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 can Cream of celery soup
  • 2 tbs. mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 teas. curry powder
  • 1 1/2 teas. lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 C. chicken, cooked and cubed
  • 1 1/2 C. broccoli, cut up
  • 1 1/4 C. cheese, grated

Preparation

Step 1

Combine soup, mayonnaise, curry and lemon juice

Step 2

Arrange chicken and broccoli evenly in the bottom of a shallow baking dish

Step 3

Spoon soup mixture over top

Step 4

Sprinkle with chees

Step 5

Bake covered, at 375° till top is melted and toasty (approx. 30 mins.)

  • 4 Tortillas
  • Cheddar
  • Salt, to taste

METHOD:

  1. Put shredded chicken breast, tomato sauce, chives, and mexican spice mix in a bowl and mix together.
  2. Lay out the tortillas. Place a slice of cheddar in the center, and cover with the chicken mix.
  3. Fold up tortillas, and heat in a frying pan until golden.
  4. Enjoy!
