- 2 lbs beef stew meat
- 4oz tomato paste
- 2 tbs butter
- 1 tbs olive oil
- Worcestershire sauce

- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 4 medium carrots diced
- 2 medium potatoes cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup frozen peas
- 5 cups low-sodium beef broth (or sub in 1 cup of red wine for broth and use this to deglaze pan before adding broth)
