Ingredients (for 9 biscuits):
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 2 cups buttermilk
- ½ cup unsalted butter (1 stick), melted
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
