The Ultimate Korean Bibimbap with Spicy Shrimp

Ingredients to serve 4
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed or grated
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp flour
- 14 oz. peeled and deveined shrimp with tails
- 10.5 oz fresh shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 2 carrots, finely sliced
- 1/4 of a red cabbage, finely sliced
- 3/4 cup bean sprouts
- 4 eggs
- Oil for frying
