Gluten Free Power Quinoa Holiday Stuffing
Ingredients
- 3 minced Garlic Cloves
- 1 diced Yellow Onion
- 3 diced Stalks Celery
- 2 diced Green Apples...
1. Cook quinoa according to package directions (Tip: Use extra vegetable stock instead of regular water for richer flavor)
2. Heat oil in a large pot, and add garlic and sauté for 2 minutes. Add diced onions and cook for an additional 2 minutes... see the rest of the recipe!
