STUDY: Millennials work just a hard as other generations

We've heard it a million times.

"Millennials are lazy, entitled, can't stick to a job and expect too much too soon"

"Older generations understood the value of hard work, they are respectful to their seniors and don't expect success to be handed to them on a silver platter"

These tired old cliches get trotted out all the time, but a new study published in the Journal of Business and Psychology suggests that they are nothing more than convenient fiction. 

A team of researchers examined 77 different studies which included 105 different measurements of work ethic and concluded that there are no significant differences in work ethic among different generations.
