These sandwich bread empanadas are so easy and super delicious! Eat as a snack or serve as an appetizer. Perfect when you have a lot of guests!

- Herbes de Provence
- Paprika
- Tomato Sauce
- Black olives
- White sandwich bread (no crust)
- Egg yolks
- Shredded cheese
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a frying pan, sauté chopped onion and red pepper
- Add ground meat to pan and season with salt, pepper, herbes de Provence, and Paprika
- Let cook, stirring occasionally
- Add tomato sauce and olives
- Lay sandwich bread on table and flatten with a rolling pin
- Add filling then fold in half diagonally
- Seal edges and press along the sides with a fork
- Lay on baking pan and brush the tops with egg yolks
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese
- Put in oven and let bake for 20 minutes
- Serve!

Ingredients
- Ground meat
- Coriander, chopped
- Onions, minced
- Egg
- Salt
- Ground Pepper
- Cheddar (cube and slice)
- Canola Oil
Method
Chop coriander and mince onions
Mix the meat, coriander, onions, pepper and salt in a large bowl
With your hands, shape the meat into a large ball
On a clean surface, flatten the ball and place a cube of cheddar on top
Cover the cheese with the edges of the meat, creating a ball again
Place in a pan and let one side simmer in canola oil
Flip the patty and place a slice of cheddar on top
Place the lid on the pan and let cook to desired texture
Put the patty in a bun with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
