Ingredients

Dough

• ½ cup unsalted butter
• 2 cups warm whole milk
• ½ cup granulated sugar
• 1 sachet of active dry yeast (7 g)
• 5 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 2 teaspoons salt

Filling

• ¾ cup soft butter
• ¾ cup sugar light brown
• 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

Glaze

• ½ cup / 115 g cream cheese
• 2 tablespoons melted butter
• 2 tablespoons whole milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup icing sugar
