Think you're safe from the effects of caffeine if you opt for decaf? Think again. While "decaffeinated" coffee won't give you the buzz a regular cuppa will, this study from the University of Florida found that it can contain up to 15 milligrams of caffeine in a serving (compared to an estimate of about 85 milligrams in a full-caf brew).
