Halloumi Burger with Sticky Chili Sauce

Halloumi is a Cyprian cheese made from a mix of goat's milk and sheep's milk. Because of its unique texture it's a great substitute for more traditional burgers. This recipe breads and pan-fries the mild cheese before pairing it with a sweet and spicy sauce. Trust us, you won't miss the meat.
