Cake pops are easy to make and great for games parties, especially if kids are involved! These chocolate-covered bites are our favorite and can be customized however you like. Bring on the sprinkles!
Ingredients (
1 shop-bought chocolate cake
3 tbsp. cream cheese
2 cups dark chocolate
Lollipop sticks
Sprinkles
Instructions:
Crumble the cake into a blender an chop finely.
Add the cake crumbs to a large bowl before adding the cream cheese.
Mix well until you achieve a dough.
Roll the dough into small balls, each the size of a walnut. Refrigerate for 15 min.
Fill a bowl with boiling water, and place another bowl containing the chocolate on top. Met the chocolate before dipping the end of a lollipop stick into the chocolate.
Insert each lollipop stick into the center of a cake ball and refrigerate for 10 min.
Then, dip each cake pop into the melted chocolate.
Place on a plate so that the melted chocolate is able to dry, and serve.
