The good old potato chip, who doesn't enjoy a handful of them? The only problem is, you're more than likely to get greasy fingerprints everywhere after dipping your hand in a bowl or bag of them. That's why we love this recipe for fat free potato chips, we promise they're just as tasty but a lot more healthy, and a lot less greasy!
Ingredients (for 2 small bowls):
2 large potatoes
Pinch of garlic
Pinch of onion powder
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Wash and scrub potatoes. With the peel left on, slice thinly.
Line a sheet with parchment paper and lay the slices in a single layer.
