Gingerbread Roll
This gingerbread roll is packed with warm, aromatic spices and flavored with molasses which gives the dessert a distinctive taste.
The light and fluffy texture of the roll is a welcome contrast to the heavier foods eaten during the holiday period, and is best served with a sprinkling of powdered sugar on top.
