Wyoming: Persephone Bakery
Persephone Bakery brings the elegance of French pastry to the rugged beauty of Jackson Hole. Founded by Ali and Kevin Cohane, the bakery began as a small wholesale operation before expanding into a beloved café. Today, with three locations across the valley, Persephone blends European baking traditions with the adventurous spirit of Wyoming.
Community is at the heart of Persephone. Since its first baguette in 2011, the bakery has thrived thanks to the support of locals. In return, Persephone actively gives back by donating baked goods and time to various nonprofits and events.
Each day, Persephone’s cafés offer a selection of artisanal breads, classic French pastries, and a menu inspired by fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced from over 20 local farms, dairies, and ranches. Guests can enjoy breakfast all day, followed by lunch featuring creative dishes that reflect both French influence and Wyoming heritage. With everything baked fresh daily, early visits are recommended before favorites sell out.
