Salmon gravlax - Cured salmon

This dish is one of the most famous Swedish specialties. Large pieces of salmon are marinated for two days in a mixture of sugar, salt and dill. Once cured in the marinade, the salmon is then served in very thin-cut slices, dressed with a delicious slightly sweet and salty sauce.
